1. Do I get free trials of plugins and themes?

Yes, we provide 5-day no-reason money-back guarantee for all plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your plugin purchases, please file a return request of your order here, within 5 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide free trials or money-back guarantee for themes. However, you can review the themes at its own theme demo site. If you have questions on how our themes work, you can send us enquiries here.

2. Do the plugins and themes have license?

Yes, all plugins and themes purchases have licenses and the licenses are sub-domain specific. All products (and derivative works) are non-redistributable.

3. What does sub-domain license mean?

All licenses in Pro nopCommerce are sub-domain licenses. If a root domain is entered, the plugin will not work on other sub-domain of a website other than WWW. For example, if you entered yourdomain.com, the plugin will work on www.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com but not sub.yourdomain.com. Conversely, if you entered sub.yourdomain.com, the plugin won't work on www.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com. Please enter the appropriate sub-domain if applicable.

4. Are the licenses valid for a lifetime?

Yes, each license is valid for a lifetime from the date of your purchase.

5. Do the plugins and themes support multiple-domain license?

Themes are available in multiple-domain license at additional prices. For multiple domains, you can deploy the theme on as many websites as you wish. Unfortunately, we do not provide multiple domain license for the plugins currently. If you wish to deploy the plugin on multiple websites on different sub-domains (or domains), please add multiple instance of the plugin into your cart, each with the corresponding sub-domain or domain.

6. Where do I get the product key to activate my plugin?
